30th Street NW and TH 3 Roundabout

The project included the design of the roundabout, an extension of 30th Street (East View Drive) to the east, along with the extension of 1st Avenue to the north to intersect with the extension of 30th Street. The project included ADA-compliant off-street pedestrian facilities, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main design.

The proposed roundabout would be a 4-legged roundabout, including the extension of 30th Street to the west (East View Drive) to service a proposed land redevelopment by the City and County to the east. Also, careful consideration was made to protect a historic wall near the project.
