Site Project Engineer

What we’re looking for in talent and experience.

We are seeking a Civil Engineering candidate with a minimum of 3 years of land development experience to work on municipal and land development projects. The candidate should have a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an Professional Engineer licensure (PE) in the State of Minnesota, or the ability to obtain the PE license within 12 months. We’re especially interested if you excel in several or all of the following:

    • Participate in the preparation of project proposals.
    • Development of plans for various Site Civil Land Development projects.
    • Assist or lead teams in development of layouts and final design plans.
    • Preparation of stormwater management reports.
    • Preparation of permit applications.
    • Assistance with municipal engineering projects and responsibilities.
    • Development of cost estimate.

    • A commitment to engineering and advocating for reasonable and responsible solutions
    • Knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
    • Knowledge of design software (MicroStation or AutoCAD)
    • Construction oversight experience

      Stuff we’re stopping short of assuming.

      If you’ve gotten this far, we know these are things you have, and you probably have them in spades. But just in case:

      • Knowledge of CADD software, preferably MicroStation
      • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
      • Experience supervising staff
