Rumble Strips: Saving Lives in Minnesota

September 22, 2015 Video

We recently completed our 4th public safety video for the Local Road Research Board (LRRB). The subject of this video is rumble strips, which are a road safety feature that alerts drivers when they are drifting from their lane due to distracted or inattentive driving. This video shows how rumble strips are a proven and cost-effective method of reducing crashes on Minnesota roads. It also acknowledges the impacts to cyclists, recognizes the noise impacts to nearby residents, and describes the difference between rumble strips and rumble stripes. Stonebrooke staff performed all video services, including scripting, filming, editing, animation, and 3D rendering.
