St. Croix Bridge

The St. Croix Crossing project is a new river crossing that connects Oak Park Heights, Minnesota, to St. Joseph, Wisconsin. The roadway approaches were part of the St. Croix River Approach Design Build Project, and included the realignment of TH 36 and TH 95. On this segment of the project, our staff provided construction staking for Ames Construction, and also hydraulic design, including storm sewer design and ditch capacity and stabilization analysis.

The river bridge was constructed using traditional design-bid-build methods, and on this segment we are currently providing construction staking and field verification for Lunda Construction. Stonebrooke provided survey work which also included performing an as-built survey to inventory all of the new improvements and ITS components.
