Lilydale Regional Park includes 636-acres in the south central Mississippi river flat area of Saint Paul. Phases 1 and 2 consisted of new roadway, trailhead, additional on- and off-road trails, and rest areas. In addition, an open park pavilion on the shore of Pickerel Lake, a box culvert bridge, and a gateway monument.
