CSAH 34 and CSAH 45 Traffic Signals

Stonebrooke Engineering provided operational and safety analysis for two all-way stop intersections along Steele County 34 on the north side of Owatonna.  We performed an Intersection Control Evaluation with the recommendation that improvements should include traffic signals, turn lanes, and implementation of access control techniques.  When the project moved into preliminary and final design, Stonebrooke was responsible for the signal design, signing, striping, and temporary traffic control/detour plans. We are currently providing construction surveying and inspection services.
