ADA Pedestrian Ramp Improvements

Stonebrooke was selected by MnDOT Metro District and Hennepin County to provide design, on-site inspection, quality assurance, and construction administration services on five separate projects in Hennepin County for the replacement of over 500 pedestrian ramp corners. Stonebrooke provided the expert analysis needed to ensure the existing noncompliant facilities were replaced in conformance with current ADA guidelines. In addition to construction services, Stonebrooke’s responsibilities included transportation planning, temporary traffic control, accommodations for future Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS), materials testing, ADA compliance checks, and documentation.
